How did you first discover the Amway opportunity?
My brother, Mr Zhou Zhijian, took me to the home of an online Artistry consultant, Mrs. Lin, to help me with skin care and makeup, which developed my pursuit of beauty. I was very excited, so I applied for a card and bought Artistry products.
Later, Mr Zhou took me to Mr. Lin's OPP for a second family gathering and I learned about Amway's system. I was attracted by the diamond lifestyle, but I gave up when the recommendation for action was met with cold water. It was Mr. Zhou’s success that set an example for me and led me to attend Amway meetings repeatedly. It was the stories of Amway people that gave me the strength to believe, and that attracted me to Amway’s corporate culture. It rekindled my desire to pursue success and make a real decision. It turns out that each of us can help people around us by sharing our feelings through products, and we can get corresponding rewards. So, I started doing Amway.
How do you leverage Amway tools to grow your business?
Before the pandemic there were offline trainings in various markets and group family meetings. After the epidemic, I was in Australia, and my business was distributed in Australia, China, and Vietnam. We don’t have a unified offline meeting, so I have to use the live broadcast room to coach the markets in various places. Through live broadcast, you can see the reactions of markets around the world at the same time, and then adjust different coaching plans according to their different situations. The advantage of this is that information sharing greatly improves the efficiency of each team's coordination, but the disadvantage is also obvious, that is, there is no way to provide face-to-face guidance. But this is not a problem. The live broadcast format can cultivate everyone's ability to operate the market independently, allowing them to discover and solve problems themselves, and better cultivate leaders' ability to solve problems independently.
Regardless of online or offline, we have always attached great importance to guiding leaders from all over the world to make full use of various key product tool demonstrations, steel pot gathering communication and the dissemination power of videos. Make full use of online and offline meetings, products, materials, phone calls, WeChat, and social platforms.

How important is collaborating with your team in driving the success of your business?
No leader can do it all alone. Teamwork is the cornerstone of success, and leaders are the clay that holds all the bricks together. Provide direction to the team, be a good cheerleader, identify the shining points of each leader and inspire everyone to give their best, and achieve success in the entrepreneurial journey. I am not alone in this battle. I have a team that trusts each other, works together, and has no internal friction. They are my source of strength.
How do you personally define success?
Divided into two parts.
Part One: The most basic life is guaranteed, a house you like, a healthy body, your children will become talents, and extraordinary freedom.
Part Two:
- Continuous progress and personal growth.
- Positive impact on others. One person's success has a positive impact on others, such as the continued growth of the team. Such success is more valuable.
Find the meaning of life, continue to expand your love, love yourself, love your family, love your children, love the team and company, and love the society.
Love continues to grow, from small love to great love, and become a person who contributes to society.

What factors have contributed to the success you are currently experiencing in your Amway business?
They are the four cornerstones of the company's corporate culture, the national and company health strategies, the company's strong brand strength, and the company's support and help.
When I set a big goal 10 years ago, it was my sense of responsibility and mission that inspired me to have unlimited potential and the courage to reach new heights. Help team leaders plan long-term goals and provide training to achieve goals. We have always correctly spread the company's correct philosophy, help others help themselves, treat others sincerely, and lead the team to leverage strength, wisdom, and momentum. Lead the team to keep up with the pace of the company, use the power of the system to guide actions with thoughts, and create a group of partners who are confident, like-minded, positive and optimistic, who are brave enough to challenge difficulties and achieve goals, and are full of positive energy. We have always attached great importance to developing new IBO favourite products and cultivating and tapping the potential of leaders. We have constantly targeted and strengthened the leadership team. Through long-term talent accumulation, we have built today's cohesive and combative team. It is these factors that have come together to achieve the results I have achieved today in the Amway business.
What goals are you working towards in the future?
I hope to train more people to become great health practitioners, communicators, leaders and promoters in the future. It can lead everyone to put health first and create more wealth on the basis of health, instead of regretting in the hospital bed that they did not cherish their health. I hope we can work together to make our bodies better and better, our spirits better and better, live happily every day, not be worried by the outside world, truly integrate body and mind, and live out our lives!
